Francine Commeignes is a visionary artist, spiritual mentor, and channel of the Divine Feminine. Her work is devoted to the path of remembrance—to restoring the soul’s original light through sacred art, intuitive embodiment, and creative alchemy.
As the illustrator of the Ashati Oracle Deck and founder of Blue Ray Paintings, Francine’s artistic career is rooted in a lifelong journey of inner awakening. Since her initial soul activation in 2000, she has walked the spiral path of mystical integration—serving as both student and guide of the sacred feminine, energy healing, and soul mentorship.
Her paintings—created in oil on large-format canvas—are not just visual works; they are portals. Each of the 36 Divine Mother archetypes was individually painted through a deep meditative process, integrating light language, symbolic geometry, and intuitive transmission. These pieces are designed to act as both spiritual companions and energetic mirrors for the user—activating remembrance, insight, and empowerment.
Francine has shared her work at consciousness conferences, sacred art events, and through hundreds of personal commissions including Soul Light Portraits. She has also taught intuitive healing and energy work as a certified Ashati practitioner and mentor, holding space for others to reclaim their voice, their vision, and their sacred fire.
As both mother and mystic, Francine’s creative path is woven from lived devotion. ✨ How I Create
I attune to the essence of what wants to be expressed — whether it’s the soul light of a person, an ascended presence, an angelic being, an archetypal energy, or the quiet spirit of nature.
In this space of stillness and connection, images begin to appear in my mind’s eye. Thoughts, feelings, symbols, and knowings simply arrive — not as something I consciously figure out, but more as a deep inner recognition. I don’t plan or sketch or grid, although I may add initial codes, geometries and symbolic sigils to the canvas before painting. I just know what needs to come through, and somehow, I also know why.
This intuitive flow is the same whether I’m painting, mentoring, or bringing through light codes and energetic frequencies. I don’t always have a logical explanation for it — and perhaps that’s part of its sacredness. Each painting is a co-creation, not just with the seen, but also the unseen — a visual transmission from the higher realms, offered as a mirror for your own divine remembrance.

My life mission is deeply aligned with the Blue Ray frequency—a divine spectrum of consciousness connected to illumination, higher wisdom, and cosmic healing through artistic expression. My soul vibration carries the essence of the Blue Ray lineage, which is intricately woven into New Earth. This frequency aligns with my role as a transmitter of higher vibrational codes through color, light, and sacred geometry—an energy that is evident in my work through Blue Ray Paintings, especially connected to rebalancing the Divine Mother principle.

The Artist
I’m Francine Commeignes, mother, teacher, healer, artist and a Blue Ray channel dedicated to LOVE and the Law of One. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I now focus on the healing power of visual arts, channeling light language and divine guidance to activate the light body naturally.
As a published illustrator of the Ashati Oracle Cards and an exhibitor in galleries like the San Francisco Women’s Art Gallery, my work is inspired by my Celtic roots, ‘French Essene'(Cathar) Spiritual lineage, the ascended masters, the divine feminine and Mother’s Nature. My art invites you to reconnect with your own channeling abilities and embrace unity consciousness.
The process
Painting is my sacred prayer, a meditative journey that leads me into stillness and flow. Each canvas becomes a vessel for channeled light, intuitively guiding the style, tone, and colors used. With loving intent, I prepare the canvas, sketch rough outlines, and surrender to the creative process, allowing it to unfold organically. Upon completion, I sign and release each painting, offering it as a gift to the world.
Inspiration
I am here for the ascension of Gaia and all beings. The love of the Goddess, expressed through many cultures, sustains and inspires my art.
Born in Australia, I am a global wanderer with my soulmate Herve, moved by humanity’s devotion to the Creator through festivals, offerings, and pure, unseparated love.
I connect deeply with unseen forces guiding this great shift—communing with the Goddess, who reflects our divinity, and the Ascended Masters, who walk with us as we remember our true mastery in this evolutionary journey.
